Due to all items being custom, our current process time is up to 14 business days, which can sometimes vary. We ask that you place your orders promptly before your event.
Rush Fee Policy
Please book with us in advance to avoid a rush fee! All last minute orders are subject to a rush fee ranging between $25 to $100. Please note that a rush order approval is based on size of the order and availability.
All items are handmade to order.

All orders are shipped through USPS, and a tracking number will be provided for your order.
We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims would have to be filed with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If your plans change, and you need to change the theme or items on your order, you may do that if your order has not been started yet.
